Pak violates ceasefire on IB

JAMMU, Nov 9: Few days after the Sector Commander level talks between BSF and Rangers decided to maintain truce on the borders, the Rangers today again violated ceasefire on the International Border in forward areas of Chilyari and Regal in Samba sector.
Official sources said Pakistani Rangers fired few rounds from small arms at Chilyari and Regal between 6.30 pm to 7 pm. The Indian side didn’t retaliate.
Pakistan stopped firing after five minutes. There were no casualties or damage on the Indian side in the firing.
During past one week, BSF and Rangers have held two flag meetings to discuss and resolve certain issues.
