Pakistan Army behind terrorist activities in India: Jasrotia

Excelsior Correspondent
KATHUA, Aug 18: Condemning ceasefire violations by Pakistan, BJP State general secretary and MLA Kathua, Rajiv Jasrotia has said that the Government has been tackling the ceasefire violations at various levels. While appropriate retaliation is carried out where necessary by the security forces, at the military level, violations are taken up with Pakistan authorities at the appropriate level through the established mechanism of hotlines, flag meetings as well as weekly talks between the DGMOs on either side, he added.
But how pragmatic and level-headed the civilian Government in Pakistan might be, the truth remains that for 365 days in a year its biggest enemy lies within its own territory – the perennially power-hungry Pakistan Army and the ISI, for whom the only way to earn legitimacy for their actions is to intensify their anti-India propaganda, and flex a muscle or two by means of callous ceasefire violations on the LoC and the International Border, Jasrotia maintained.
He said that the Indian Government has always adopted a dialogue-oriented approach to all contentious bilateral issues, but unfortunately Pakistan has failed to understand that a stable South Asia can do wonders for all stakeholders, and every constituent nation will rise with a more powerful voice in a fast-emerging multipolar world. “Let us turn back the pages of history, whenever a Pak premier comes closer to India, there will be a ceasefire violation. This will agitate Indians and thus it will stop the peace talk, he added.
Their plan might be what they did in PoK. People die on both sides of the border, they also don’t want to die, they also want peace, it is the establishment that has been foundationally and morally corrupted that is forcing their men into suicide, Jasrotia said and added that imagine an Army, that lost four full scale wars, was not able to defend a large part of the country, surrendered 90,000 soldiers just out of cowardice, stupidly lost a strategically important area, and could not capture Kashmir by every single tactic in and outside of the book. It’s  no doubt that the Pakistan Army supports terrorist activities throughout the world, remember the Osama episode where he used to stay in a military protected area. In order to send some of those terrorist over to India, Pakistan Army out of frustration violates ceasefire.
