It is nice to learn that the J&K tableau forming part of the Republic Day Parade at the Raj Path was different from the earlier versions that made their presence during R-Day function in the past.
It reflects our changing attitude towards science and technology and our ability to adopt in is our daily life. Besides, it underlines the need for promoting science at school and college.
Noori, the Pashmina goat was indeed a levels remarkable achievement for the scientific community in the State.
However, it may be mentioned here that the Pashmina goat found in Changthay region of Ladakh should not be killed for mere obtaining Pashmina.
