KISHTWAR, Sept 29: Panchs of Block Kishtwar today alleged that they are being neglected by the district administration and threatened to resign if they are not given their rights.
In a meeting held today, all Panchs of block Kishtwar in one voice criticized the district administration Kishtwar while stating that they are totally ignored and not invited in any official function and the Rural Development Department invites them only at the time when they want to click the photographs.
Stating that their materials payments as well as skilled labour payments are pending from 2016 to 2021, they demanded their early release. Panches also criticized DDC Chairman and BDC Chairman Kishtwar for not inviting them in any meeting and ignoring them in all developmental issues related to their Panchayats.
All Panches urged upon Lt Governor Manoj Sinha and Commissinor Secretary as well as Director RDD to look into their suffering otherwise they will have no other option except resigning from their posts as they cannot see their people to suffer.
