JAMMU, Sept 13: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a panel headed by the Administrative Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department, for examining the scope of rehabilitation and resettlement of shopkeepers and families affected by the alignment of road widening at Satwari Chowk, Jammu.
