Panel to recommend improvements in e-office application

JAMMU, Oct 13: Government today constituted a committee for recommending improvements required in e-office application and its expansion to cover all offices of the J&K Union Territory.
Headed by the Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Home Department, the committee comprises Principal Secretary Jal Shakti Department and Commissioner/Secretary Information Technology Department as the Members.
The committee shall ascertain the technical/administrative improvements needed in e-office application and recommend the steps to be taken to ensure the utilization of e-office application in all offices of J&K UT.
The Committee shall be serviced by the Information Technology Department and shall submit its report within a month.
