JAMMU, Aug 25: The old and hapless parents of Gauri Dhar are running from pillar to post for justice for their daughter and three year old grandson.
According to Rajan Sharma, father of Gouri Dhar that his daughter after a long suffering of 15 years moved out of her matrimonial home to her sister’s residence in New Delhi along with her three year old son in December 2017, in order to protect her and her son’s life.
Sharma said in June 18 Vishal Dhar S/O Satish Dhar and husband of Gauri Dhar and resident of Gurah Bakshi Nagar along with his associates kidnapped the three year old child from Vikaspuri New Delhi. An FIR has been lodged for the same and arrest of the culprit was made. Sharma has now made an appeal to State Governor, Satya Pal Malik to issues directives to authorities to hand over the three year son to his mother as she is the preferred custodial parent when the child is less than five years of age as per law.
Sharma also demanded tough action against the policemen involved in conniving with Dhar.
