KATHUA, May 10: Private School Students Parents Association has raised a strong objection over the charging of huge amount from the pockets of innocent parents of the students as annual charges by various private schools at Kathua.
While pointing out the doubtful practices of Private Schools to plunder the money on the name of education with charging annual charges and many other funds, the president of the Association Vishal Salgotra said these schools have been turned as the centre for corruption where the dignity and values of education system are being squashed.
Further, he added, it is ironic to see that all this illegal and criminal practices are done by the Private Schools under the nose of administration and School Education Department whose role seemed as confined just up to attend the cultural programmes.
The Association demanded the proper implementation of new SRO 123 for these schools and should conduct an immediate enquiry regarding the charging of huge charges of various faces from the parents.
