Parents take up issue of admission in JNV, KV with DC

RAMBAN, Jan 4: A delegation of parents led by District President AJKLTF Pawan Kumar and parents met Deputy Commissioner and pressed to expedite the admission process in JNV and KV which were recently sanctioned by the Government for the district.
The delegation informed DC that the test of students was also conducted for their selection for JNV in 2018, but till date the students were deprived of admission in JNV.
The delegation also demanded immediate identification of land for KV at Ramban and construction of JNV at identified site Sanasar.
DC gave patient hearing to the issues raised by the delegation and assured to take up the issues with the concerned authorities for immediate redressal.
Later, while talking to media persons, Pawan Kumar urged the Governor Satya Pal Malik and MoS PMO Dr Jitendra Singh to resolve the long pending demands of the people of backward and far-flung area of district Ramban.
