JAMMU, Jan 9: All India Shiromani Pargal Biradari patron Vijay Pargal, who also served as president for several years, passed away today due to cardiac arrest.
Soon after hearing tragic news, the Biradari leaders and members expressed heartfelt condolences to the family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
His cremation will take place on Wednesday at 12.30 PM at Jogi Gate cremation ground.
Vijay Pargal besides being a businessman was a great religious scholar and authority on many religious text books. He was affiliated with host of religious organizations in New Delhi, West Bengal etc besides Jammu and Kashmir.
Vijay Pargal was also founder member of the Press Club of Jammu. The media fraternity has also mourned his demise.
