JAMMU, Nov 11: The Government has appointed Sanjay Parihar, District and Sessions Judge (Super Time Scale), as the Special Judge for Anti-Corruption cases within the jurisdiction of the Court of Anti-Corruption (CBI Cases) in Jammu.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 (Central Act) and in partial modification of notification SO 236 of 2023 dated May 1, 2023, the Government hereby appoints Sanjay Parihar, District and Sessions Judge (Super Time Scale) as Special Judge Anti-Corruption (CBI cases) Jammu for trial of offences specified in Section 4 of the said act,” read an order issued by Achal Sethi, Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
