JAMMU, Jan 12: Parshotam Singh, Chief Commercial Inspector and Station Superintendent, Railway Station Jammu Tawi, has been elected as Divisional Vice-President of Uttriya Railway Mens Union (URMU).
This is for the first time that Jammu Sub-Division has managed a senior position in the regional body of Ferozpur Division, new office bearers of which were elected yesterday.
On his election as Divisional Vice-President of URMU, S Parshotam Singh was accorded a grand reception by Jammu based members of the Union who hoped that getting a senior position in the body would do justice with aspirations of Jammu subdivision and help in mitigating the issues being faced by the staff here.
