Pathania alleges contractor-politician nexus in Ramnagar

UDHAMPUR, Mar 17:  Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) general secretary R S Pathania has alleged contractor-politician nexus in Ramnagar tehsil and claimed that huge public funds were being  misused in the area.
The Congress leader, who has initiated protest campaign in this constituency at Pinger, Chiani, Tajoor, Thelay, Kogharmarh, Bhainsta, Titt, Seuna, Tassar, Chechdi and other villages alleged that Panthers party has neglected many hilly areas of Ramnagar and poor development in this belt was clearly visible.  He said the Congress activists have busted contractor-politician nexus at several places and huge public money is being misused and going into the other pockets.
Mr Pathania alleged that Congress has launched people’s movement against corruption, mal-administration  and mis-governance in Ramnagar.  Another senior Congress leader Vinod Khajuria demanded constitution of an inquiry committee to look into the violation of codal formalities and irregularities in spending CDF/non-plan/ additional funds allotted in Ramnagar constituency worth Rs 284 lakh.
The PYC leaders demanded installation of 100 KVA transformer at Thelay, drinking water and irrigation facilities at Pinger, Thelay and Kogarhmarh, upgradation of Middle Schools   at Tajoor, Chaini, Pinger and Thelay as High Schools, Health sub-centre at Thelay,  Anganwari Centres at uncovered areas and immediate repair of road from Pallasan to Pinger. Capt Suram Singh, Charanjit, Joginder Singh, Sukh Ram, Mohd Issac, Vinod Jamwal, Ranjeet Bandral, Sher Singh and others also accompanied.
