Pathania directs for immediate opening of clogged road network

RAMNAGAR, Sept 5: During a largely attended public darbar here today, MLA Ramnagar, Ranbir Singh Pathania patiently listened to various problems being faced by public at large and gave instructions to concerned agencies / officers for their immediate resolution.
The major issues raised by public were mostly related to electricity and water supply, clogged road network, ration-supply etc.
While addressing public, Mr Pathania said that roads are the key-indicators of development and during his tenure as MLA blacktopping work on more than half a score of roads has been done and they stand dedicated to the public while work on other half score of roads (for blacktopping) is underway and is in final stages of completion.
Over the clogged roads due to incessant rains, Mr Pathania said that concerned agencies i.e, PWD and PMGSY have been instructed for immediate restoration of the clogged roads so as to avoid inconvenience to the public at large. He informed that restoration work on major roads, including Ramnagar-Basantgarh, Ramnagar-Plassan, Ramnagar-Chowki, Kaghote-Dalsar, Johnu-Bhugtryan, Matt-Ansoo and Johnu-Panjgrain was under progress.
Mr Pathania also inspected developmental works which are under execution and directed for plugging up of vulnerable points so as to avoid any damage to life and property.
Later, the MLA attended ‘Teachers’ Day’ function at Kulwanta organized by Shiksha Kendra Kulwanta where colorful programmes were presented by children. On the occasion, Mr Pathania said that Teachers are the real architects of Nation as they guide and educate generations and remove darkness from society.
