RAMNAGAR, Sept 30: MLA Ramnagar R S Pathania today said that BJP was promise bound to make Ramnagar a “Smart Town” well equipped with modern amenities including regular water and electricity supply, proper sanitation, planned lanes and drains.
While inaugurating a number of election offices and addressing a series of public meetings in favour of BJP candidates of Ward number 2,3,4,5,7,10 and 12, MLA Ramnagar Ranbir Singh Pathania made a fervent appeal to voters of Ramnagar Municipality to come out in large numbers on 10th October and vote in favour of BJP candidates.
Pathania said that during his short tenure, Ramnagar town has witnessed a massive changes be it the development of modern and well furnished Town Hall at Ramnagar, Upcoming Indoor Stadium, girls hostel, renovation of Rani park and Natha Singh Park, Toilet Complexes, New Water Reservoirs with state-of-art filter plant facility for augmenting water supply in the town, alternative line of 33 KVA Supply to augment electricity supply and much more. He said that Rs 20.00 lakh have been provided to Municipal Committee Ramnagar to immediately initiate work on renovation of Main Bazar Ram-nagar and Rs 5.00 lacs each on renovating 2 number of cremation grounds.
The MLA said that process for Master Plan for development of Ramnagar town has been initiated and Expression of Interests (EOI) from reputed agencies has been called for. A modern Housing Colony will be coming up shortly in the vicinity of Ramnagar town, a project for multi storeyed Bus stand at Ramnagar is under pipe line,” he said and added that if voted to majority in the municipal elections, Sub Distt Hospital Ramnagar will be equipped with modern diagnostic facilities comprising digital X-ray, modern ultrasound and laboratory.
Coming down heavily on opposition, Pathania asked the people to compare those 18 years of ‘misrule’ with these three and half years of all round development. He appealed the voters to vote in favour of BJP candidates to further strengthen the hands of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Government so that benefits of various public friendly development schemes can percolate to the lowest ebb and can be reaped by one and all.
