Pathania visits remote villages, raise issues

UDHAMPUR, Aug 22: BJP spokesperson, Ranbir Singh Pathania here today visited many remote villages like Khoon, Dhamma, Jansal, Pinger, Bainsta, Kogarmarh, Thaley and Fadola and listened to the public issues there.
After coming to know about the public issues, Pathania emphasized for the urgent need of actualising the concept of ‘Grameen Swaraj’ as propounded by Mahatama Gandhi in J&K.
He called for provision of basic facilities in these remote areas highlighting the critical role of road connectivity, education, healthcare facilities and sports infrastructure in ensuring sustainable development of the region.
Addressing the gatherings, Pathania underscored the importance of creating quality infrastructure to not only to enhance the living standards of the locals but also to curb the increasing trend of migration from these areas.
He called for upgradation of High School at Bainsta and Middle School at Thelay and stressed on the need for restoration of school buildings for Government Primary Schools in Pinger and Kaw.
The BJP leader also stressed on connecting Manwal-Pinger road with Bainsta-Pinger road to benefit locals of the area.
He demanded staffing of Veterinary Centre at Bainsta and urged the authorities to expedite the completion of Thail to Chountara Mata road.
Pathania was accompanied by Gopal Singh Mankotia, Mandal president, Rashpal Sharma, Raman Khajuria, Manoj Verma, Surendra Singh, Ashok Singh, Mohanlal Sharma-all Sarpanches and Sanjay Sharma, Sunil Khajuria, Hem Raj and Gian Singh.
