Pathania vows to end mal-administration, lawlessness

RAMNAGAR, Jan 8: Braving biting cold, MLA Ramnagar, RS Pathania, today visited Dudu-Basantgarh area of Ramnagar Assembly Segment, interacted with the people and vowed to end reign of mal-administration, mis-governance and lawlessness in the area.
Accompanied by officers of PWD (R&B), RDD, PMGSY, PHE, Education Department, Soil Conservation wing, Forest, Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Floriculture, Sheep Husbandry, Animal Husbandry, Social Welfare, Employment, Health and Sports Department, Pathania visited many villages falling in the area, interacted with the people and listened their grievances.
This was the maiden visit of Pathania to the area of Dudu-Basantgarh after being elected as MLA Ramnagar with a thumping majority. He was accorded a historic reception by the people at Amroh, Kulwanta, Kaitha, Keya, Chatriari, Majori, Gandh Top, Sangli, Bagli, Upper Balota, Kathyar, Shiv Gali, Dudu and Basantgarh.
While addressing the local people, Pathania said that he is humbled by the overwhelming mandate given by the people of Ramnagar which has rejected money, muscle power and caste-based politics over here. He further said that BJP believes in equitable development of all the three regions and peace and tranquility all-over there.  He vowed to work for good governance, transparent and responsive administration, uninterrupted power supply, hygienic water supply, improved road connectivity and better educational and health facilities in the area.
Interacting with the MLA, the local people demanded connecting of Basantgarh-Khaned road to Macchedi/Lohai-Malhar in Kathua district and start of work on Dudu to Kailash road thereby creating effective road-links for the people of three districts separated from each other by geographical barriers.
They also sought provision of Ultra-sound and X-ray facilities in PHC Basantgarh, a fresh CHC at Dudu and allopathic dispensaries for Punara, Mang, Balota Upperla as well as Chakal. They also sought provision of staff for Higher Secondary Schools at Basantgarh, Khaned, Keya and High Schools at Dudu-Kirchi, Pachound, Balota, Satyein, Kotwalt, Bainsta and Rang.
