SRINAGAR, June 7: Crime Branch Kashmir booked a Patwari and one another for managing fake execution deed.
As per official spokesman, on the direction of District Magistrate Srinagar, Crime Branch Kashmir lodged a case against Nasrullah Khan, son of Mohammad Sadiq Khan of Hamdania Colony, Chanapora Srinagar who in connivance with Patwari Halqa Nursing Garh Srinagar Syed Khursheed Ahmad managed forged signatures of then Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar South Srinagar to execute fictitious sale deeds in the office of Sub Registrar Srinagar on May 26, 2016, September 7, 2016 and December 19, 2016 respectively in respect of the land pertaining to Sanatan Dharam Sabha.
The Patwari in connivance with Nasrullah Khan by abuse of his official position has managed execution of sale deeds on the basis of fake and forged revenue documents, the spokesman added.
He stated that a case under FIR Number 19/18 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC r/w 5(2) PC Act has been registered against accused Nasrullah Khan and Syed Khursheed Ahmad.
