RAJOURI, Jan 22: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Thannamandi, Mukhtar Ahmed Sheikh today attached Pawari Halqa, Hasplote on the basis of general public complaints.
Official sources said that on the basis of public complaints, the SDM constituted a committee under Tehsildar Thannamandi which after thorough probe recommended an action against the Patwari Hasplote, Naseer Ahmed. It was found that said Patwari often remains absent from duty, was not able to complete even a single Jamabandi since July 2019 and despite several warning he did not mend his ways.
Taking cognizance of the issue, SDM, Mukhtar Sheikh today attached Patwari Halqa, Hasplote to his office with immediate effect.
