JAMMU, Oct 29: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu, Sanjay Parihar today granted remand of Dinesh Singh alias Tara, Patwari Halqa RS Pura, who was caught red-handed by Vigilance Organization while accepting the bribe of Rs 5,000 till November 1.
The accused had demanded an amount of Rs 20,000 from one Vijay Kumar of Sarwal Colony, Jammu for issuing revenue extracts of his land for obtaining loan from J&K Bank. On the complaint, Vigilance constituted a trap team and caught the accused red-handed while accepting bribe.
