Gupta criticized the chairman of Panthers Party, Harsh Dev Singh for his irresponsible statement in which he demanded vacating of Government residential accommodation by BJP leaders occupied by them as public representatives but on the other hand he maintained silence over the issue of Balwant Singh Mankotia who has illegally occupied Government accommodation in Udhampur from last more than six years.
