Pawan releases pledge letter, asks people to avenge injustice

UDHAMPUR, Sept 18: Independent candidate from Udhampur East, Pawan Khajuria released his pledge letter here, today unfolding his policies and programmes for the constituency.
Talking to reporters, Pawan Khajuria said that Sewing machine is the election symbol allotted to him by Election Commission of India (ECI) which is on serial number 7. He appealed the voters to press the button of sewing machine on the polling day and ensure his victory.
Khajuria said he has a relationship of trust with the people of his constituency and he is pledged to development of his constituency. He said in every Mandal of Udhampur East constituency an Advisory Committee will be framed and East Udhampur Constituency will be made a model Assembly segment all over the country.
Khajuria said he is committed to provide all basic facilities to the people of his constituency which included macadamized roads in each and every village, constitute Advisory Committees on Mandal level in which people from every section of society will be included and the suggestions given by Committee will be priority task for him. He said there will be no discrimination while taking up the development works in hand.
Khajuria said at every Panchayat a model high school will be set up in which there will be separate toilets for boys and girls and in between three Panchyats there will be a higher secondary school and Central School etc,. Besides, there will be transparent and corruption free transfer policy for teachers and he will strive hard for the transfer for the ReT teachers.
Besides, he will establish wellness cum health centre at every Panchyat, PHC Tikri and Majalta will be upgraded to Trauma and Accident Hospitals, ensure posting of doctors and para medical staff in all health centres and hospitals, issues of Anganwadi workers will be settled and thrust will be given to women empowerment.
Khajuria appealed the people to join hands with him in making the Udhampur East of his dreams. In a chocked voice he said “I feel betrayed that the party which he served his entire life right from my student days has suspended me giving credit to my loyalty and faithfulness as a staunch worker”. He said at this juncture when the party did not consider his loyalty and hard work, he has full hope and faith that the people of Udhampur East will stand with him solidly to avenge the injustice to which he was subjected.
