UDHAMPUR, Apr 4: The people of village Dagiar Chopra Shop brought into notice of Pawan Gupta MLA Udhampur the matter regarding creation of obstacles in their old timer right to way by the Army authorities and sought his intervention to resolve the issue.
To take stock of the situation Gupta immediately rushed the spot and made the Army authorities agree to maintain status quo till alternate arrangement of right to way along boundary wall of Army area is made.
The people of village Dagiar expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Gupta for resolving their burning issue.
SDPO DPL Udhampur, Javed Iqbal, Tehsildar, Sanjiv Chib, SHO Rehmbal, Madan Lal Ex Sarpanch and Rohit Sethi youth leader also accompanied the MLA.
