PCA raises various demands

Jammu, May 7: The Provincial Clerks Association (PCA) and Central Offices Clerks Association (COCA) have demanded promotional benefits in gazetted cadre as are available to their counterparts in Civil Secretariat.
In a handout Krishan Singh, PCA President and Om Parkash Sharma, General Secretary COCA also demanded risk and hardship allowance for record keepers, store keepers, cashiers, typists, tehsildars and others working in unhygienic conditions.
More demands of these Associations were restoration of leave travel concession, hike in medical allowances and payment of remaining amount of seventh pay commission arrears.
