PCC asks Govt to clear wages of PDD workers

JAMMU, Dec 14: Chief spokesperson of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Ravinder Sharma, today asked the Government to clear pending wages of agitating PDD workers.
Sharma expressed grave concern over the delay in resolving the issues of daily wagers and casual workers in various departments, especially the agitating PDD workers who are demanding their wages.
The PCC chief spokesperson said that the PDD workers in various parts of Jammu province are on strike for several days seeking redressal of their genuine grievances. He extended his support to the agitating workers and asked the Governor’s administration to pay the poor workers their wages.
Sharma was interacting with a delegation of PDD daily wagers of Nowshera-Sunderbani which met him and apprised him of their genuine grievances.
