PCC flays BJP for being soft on separatists

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, June 13 : Former MLC and PCC chief spokesman Ravinder Sharma today lashed out at the dual policies of PDP-BJP Coalition Govt and questioned the BJP which is equal partner in the State Govt and ruling at the Centre, over the issue of permission to the separatists leaders to hold seminar to intensify tirade against the interests of the country.
Reacting to the decision of the State Govt, he said that it is in a part of double standards of the PDP-BJP Govt which besides reflecting a flip flop policy on Kashmir, is a well devised strategy of the coalition partners to simultaneously, stick to power and continue to hoodwink their respective electorate on the issue of settlement of Kashmiri migrants and establishment of Sainik Colony, while allowing such forces to launch open tirade to vitiate the atmosphere in the Kashmir Valley.
He said the slogans of BJP on these issues are only an attempt to create hype on emotional issues to win the sympathies of these sections like they did in the case of Abhinav Gupt Yatra. They want to befool the masses on emotional issues as part of their vote bank politics and asked the BJP to come out clear and maintain the consistency both outside and inside the Govt, as people fully see through their game plan. If they fail to get through their public commitments, they have no right to stay in the Govt. The BJP is totally exposed for its sell out for the sake of power as it has failed to assert on every single issue, so far.
