PCC’s concern over killings of truck drivers

JAMMU, Oct 29: Pradesh Congress Committee has strongly condemned terrorist attacks on fruit traders and continued killings of truck drivers in the Kashmir Valley.
In a statement, JKPCC chief spokesperson, Ravinder Sharma has expressed grave concern over the repeated incidents of terrorist attacks on fruit traders and the killings of truck drivers in the past couple of days. He said that in the past few days militants killed three truck drivers, a trader from Punjab and migrant labour in Kashmir, which is very serious matter. He said the lives of innocent citizens should be protected at any cost.
Party has conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family of truck driver Narayan Dutt, resident of Katra in Reasi district, who was killed by the militants, yesterday evening in Bijbehara area of South Kashmir and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
