JAMMU, Mar 23: Chairman, Pahari Development Forum (PDF), Kishtwar, Thakur Kartar Singh Rathore today called on Minister for Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash Ganga, and apprised him about various issues of masses of the hilly area.
Rathore also invited the attention of the Minister towards world famous Neelam (Sapphire) mines of Paddar and requested him to ensure taking up of work in these mines, which had come to a stand still for past long time. He also invited the Minister to visit Kishtwar.
The Minister assured the PDF chairman that very soon the work on Neelam Mines would be started. He also assured him that as soon as he gets an opportunity he would pay a visit to Kishtwar.
