JAMMU, Oct 17: Chairman of SC/ST/OBC cell of People’s Democratic Party, Ashok Jogi has appointed Sham Singh Soni, Vijay Anand, Champupati Bhagat and Badrinath as State secretaries of the SC/ST/OBC wing of the party.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the Migrant Wing of Pahalgam Assembly segment was held under the chairmanship of Rafi Ahmad Mir (MLA) and a committee of Minority Cell of Displaced Kashmiri Pandits was formed. O N Saproo has been nominated as chairman of the committee. A K Dhar was nominated as president, B B Raina as president, Anil Koul as public stage secretary and Bhushan Lal Pandita as spokesperson.
