PDP leaders express concern over Jagti inmates problems

JAMMU, Dec 17: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Migrant Cell convened a meeting at Jagti township today in which a large number of party activists participated.
The meeting was by R K Koul (Anu Ji) a youth leader of party.
Ramesh Kaul, senior leader of the Party was the chief guest on the occasion while among others it was also addressed by another senior leader of the Cell, Ashok Sidha. The meeting deliberated on various issues being faced by the displaced Pandits and urged the Relief authorities to take the cognizance of the same.
The camp inmates informed about the condition of the residential quarters and sought the intervention of leadership for their immediate renovation and plugging of leaking roofs of quarters in the township due to which inmates were put to grave hardships. They also alleged that the camp inmates in various blocks are facing acute scarcity of drinking water.
Both Ramesh Kaul and Ashok Sidha showing concern of the problems assured the meeting that they will take up their issues with concerned authorities for immediate redressal.
