PDP Minority Wing discusses problems of displaced Pandits

JAMMU, Mar 18: PDP Minority Wing of Kashmiri Pandits in its meeting today held at Jagti township discussed the problems being faced by the displaced Pandtis especially those living in migrant camps.
As per a release, the meeting was chaired by A K Sidha senior leader of the Party and it was attended by Maharaj Krishan Bhat, (reted DySP), Sunilji Bali, D N Bhat, Sahabji Bhat, A K Dhar, Vinodji, H L Gunjoo & B B Sadhu.
The meeting demanded that the Government should restore the RBA status, providing of medicare facilities, taking stock and supply position of essential commodities every month, enhancement of cash relief and ration, implementation of PM’s package, removal of power curtailments, making of regular water supply, grant of minority status, passing of Shrine and Temples Bill, conducting police recruitment rallies and political empowerment to the community etc.
The meeting said the PDP is the only party which can protect the rights of the Pandits.
Others present in the meeting included Anil Koul, Veer Ji, Babloo Singh, O N Dhar, M K Bhat.
