JAMMU, Oct 31: A number of prominent political workers including a BDC member and several Sarpanchs from Lolab Assembly Constituency joined the People’s Conference today in presence of PC president Sajad Gani Lone.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold, People’s Conference Chairman Sajad Gani Lone said that their joining will immensely strengthen and benefit the PC.
“I whole-heartedly welcome all of you into the PC. The People’s Conference wants to play a pivotal role and contribute to the politics and welfare of J&K. I am hopeful that all of us will continue to work for the cause of people and further strengthen the party at the grassroots level”, PC president said on the occasion.
The new entrants pledged to work with utmost diligence and passion to strengthen the party. They expressed full faith in PC leadership to address the concerns of the people.
Those who joined the party include BDC Member Mohd Shafi Peer, Sarpanchs- Nazir Ahmed Ganaie, Bashir Ahmed Ganaie, Shabir Ahmed Bhat, Bashir Ahmed Bhat, Ghulam Ahmed, Fayaz Ahmed Najar, Deputy Sarpanchs- Fayaz Ahmed Wani, Bajo Badana, Fayaz Ahmed Lone and Bilal Ahmed Ganaie.
