KATHUA, Aug 8: The PDP workers today held a protest demonstration against State Government at Jammu Pathankot National Highway (NH) near Kalibari for its failure to provide basic amenities to the people.
The demonstrators were led by PDP leader, Jodhar Singh Saini, who said that State Government has utterly failed to provide the basic amenities including road connectivity, proper water and power supply to the people of the State, adding the people of the area are suffering for the same.
The demonstrators also disrupted the traffic on the National Highway for about 30 minutes.
