Peas weakens on subdued demand

NEW DELHI, Nov 21:  Barring a fall in peas prices on muted demand from retailers, other pulses held steady at the wholesale pulses market today.
Traders said sluggish demand from retailers against adequate stocks position, mainly led to decline in peas prices.
In the national capital, peas white and green fell by Rs 50 each to Rs 2,700-2,725 and Rs 2,950-3,050 per quintal, respectively.

Urad Rs 9,700-10,700, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 10,800-11,000, Urad best Rs 10,900-11,500, Dhoya Rs 11,300-11,700, Moong Rs 7,100-7,700, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 7,700-8,100, Moong Dhoya local Rs 8,000-8,500 and best quality Rs 8,500-8,700.
Masoor small Rs 5,650-6,600, bold Rs 5,700-6,600, Dal Masoor local Rs 6,900-7,100, best quality Rs 7,000-7,200, Malka local Rs 6,500-6,800, best Rs 6,600-7,000, Moth Rs 5,700-6,100, Arhar Rs 10,500, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 12,000-15,000.
