Peas weakens on subdued demand

NEW DELHI, Dec 12:  Barring a fall in peas prices on sluggish demand, other pulses held steady at the wholesale market today.
Marketmen said slackened demand from retailers against sufficient stocks mainly led to decline in peas prices.
In the national capital, peas white eased by Rs 100 to Rs 2,600-2,625 per quintal.

Urad Rs 9,200-10,200, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 10,300-10,500, Urad best Rs 10,400-11,000, Dhoya Rs 10,800-11,200, Moong Rs 7,050-7,650, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 7,650-8,050, Moong Dhoya local Rs 8,000-8,500 and best quality Rs 8,500-8,700.
Masoor small Rs 5,600-6,600, bold Rs 5,650-6,650, Dal Masoor local Rs 6,800-7,000, best quality Rs 6,900-7,100, Malka local Rs 6,900-7,300, best Rs 7,000-7,500, Moth Rs 5,800-6,200, Arhar Rs 10,500, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 11,500-14,500.
Gram Rs 5,175-5,625, Gram dal (local) Rs 5,350-5,650, best quality Rs 5,550-5,850, Besan (35 kg), Shakti Bhog Rs 2,340, Rajdhani Rs 2,340, Rajma Chitra Rs 4,900-6,300, Kabuli Gram small Rs 5,200-7,600, Dabra Rs 2,700-2,800, Imported Rs 4,700-5,100, Lobia Rs 5,000-5,200, Peas white Rs 2,600-2,625 and green Rs 2,950-3,050.
