UDHAMPUR, Aug 4: A pedestrian was crushed to death and two others sustained injuries by a rashly driven CRPF bus on the National Highway near Samroli, here today.
The bus was coming from Kashmir to Jammu when it went out of control because of overspeeding and hit three pedestrians walking on the road side.
Police and Locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur where e Doctors declared one of them as brought dead.
The deceased was identified as Raj Kumar (35) son of Indru of Satyalta while identity of the injured was established as Hem Raj (45) son of Badri of Samroli and Sanjya Kumar (25) son of Amru of Satyalta.
Police has registered a case in this connection.
