KATHUA, Mar 20: A pedestrian was killed on spot when he was hit by a tipper at Lakhanpur road. The deceased was identified as sham Singh, son of Bhuri Singh residents of Mehtapur, Lakhanpur.
As per police the deceased was walking along the road at Lakhanpur when he was hit by Tipper No JK08F 0645. Police recovered the body and sent to hospital for post mortem. A case under Section 279/304A was registered at Police Station Lakhanpur.
