KISHTWAR, Jan 5: A pedestrian and a motorcyclist were seriously injured in accident near ITI College, here.
As per police sources, a motorcycle being driven by Ajaz Rasool (16) from Dachhan in a negligent manner hit a pedestrian namely Habibullah Butt of Kishtwar near ITI College.
In the accident, both pedestrian and motorcycle rider received grievous injuries and were rushed to District Hospital Kishtwar, from where Ajaz Rasool was referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for advanced treatment as he received head injury.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Kishtwar Police Station and investigation started.
