JAMMU, Jan 24: Sarwal police under ‘Operation Sanjeevani’ arrested a pedestrian along with intoxicant capsules and tablets.
As per police sources, during checking, a team from Sarwal police post intercepted a pedestrian, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police recovered 58 intoxicant capsules and 20 tablets from the possession of the pedestrian and arrested him on the spot.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Bakshi Nagar police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Sarwal police post SI Kali Charan made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Bakshi Nagar Inspector Ashwani Sharma, SDPO West Nikhil Rasgotra and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
