JAMMU, Jan 8: The State Government today extended the deputation of Dr Farooq Ahmad Peer as member in the J&K Services Selection Board for a further period of one year.
Dr Peer, who is Associate Professor in the Department of English, Amar Singh College Srinagar, is already on deputation since December 13, 2011 as member SSRB.
Meanwhile, according to a separate Government order, Ghulam Nabi Tak, a member of Private Secretaries of the J&K Heads of Departments (G) Service, presently on deputation as Functional Manager, DIC Leh since June25, 2012, is transferred and deputed as Assistant Labour Commissioner, Leh with immediate effect. He will also hold the additional charge of Function Manager DIC, Leh till this post is filled up on regular basis by the Industries and Commerce Department.
In another Government order, Zaheer Abass Bhat, BDO Banihal has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary in the Personal Section of the Minister of State for Technical Education.
