JAMMU, Sept 12: The Government has ordered rationalization of pension of retired State Judicial Officers and payment of their pension revision arrears on account of 6th Pay Commission recommendations, in one go.
Separate orders in this regard were issued today by the State Finance Department.
According to one of the orders, the revised pension of the State Judicial Officers, who have retired prior to January 1, 2006, shall be 50 percent of the minimum pay of the post held at the time of retirement as revised from time to time. The Government has also withdrawn its order number 252-F of 2012, dated 29-11-2012 retrospectively.
