Sir,
SRO 42 of 2011 extends benefit of increase in grade pay in respect of Govt. servants who were working in different pre-revised pay scales notionally w.e.f. 01-01-2006 and monetarily w.e.f. 01-01-2011, obviously, the retire between the period from 01-01-2006 to 30-12-2010 haven’t been given any benefit and thus a large number of pensioners of the period concerned feel extremely aggrieved and subjected to loss and claim that monetary benefits be extended to them from the date of their retirement as they were in service on 01-01-206 i.e. the date of implementation of 6th Pay Commission report.
