JAMMU, Aug 23: A meeting of Pensioners Welfare Association was held here today under the chairmanship of Roshan Lal Raina in which grave concern was expressed over non release of third installment of 6th Pay Commission arrears to pensioners despite the promise made by Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather that same will be paid by ending June 2013.
The meeting said that neither the arrears have been deposited in the banks nor the offices where from the pensioners have attained their superannuation.
