People betrayed by PDP-BJP Govt: Mir

ANANTNAG, Nov 26: Blaming PDP-BJP Coalition for its failure on every respect, PCC chief GA Mir has accused Coalition Govt of misleading people on various counts in order to hoodwink them on agenda of alliance.
It is evident that people in all the three regions are isolated, as they feel that they have been betrayed by both PDP- BJP for the sake of coming into power. This was stated by PCC chief while addressing a day long political convention of DCC Anantnag at Khanabal today.
Mentioning that State of J&K has suffered immensely due to the misrule and wrong policies of PDP-BJP Coalition, Mir said that the unexpected Coalition between PDP- BJP has proved to be disastrous to the State and people as well, for the fact, not even a single promise made by PDP or BJP with their respective voters, was fulfilled, as a result people have realized that they were misled and betrayed by the coalition partners to get benefitted politically.
He said PDP and BJP know that the Coalition has gone against the wishes of the people and the people in Valley have realized that the formation of the PDP-BJP combine was historical blunder, which has proved costly for the people  in the entire State. He said the day is not far when people of Jammu and Kashmir will teach a lesson to both PDP and BJP for their anti-people policies.
Castigating State Govt for the losses caused in the backdrop of protests in the Valley, PCC chief  stated that both State and the Centre would not be able to bring normalcy, the way both the Govts dealt with situation caused huge losses to the entire Valley, as a result, people were the worst hit.
He also accused State Govt   for detaining thousands of innocent people thereby sending signal that all is well in the Valley, while as the situation on the ground is something different. He asked the State Govt to release the innocent people immediately, as such type of harassment to people is fraught with dangerous consequences.
