People of Jammu must teach lesson to BJP: JKPCC chief

JAMMU, June 2:  President JKPCC Vikar Rasool Wani has said that people of Jammu should teach lesson to BJP for its failures to fulfil commitments with people and put huge burden of taxations.
Interacting with Corporators, contested candidates and senior leaders of  the party at PCC office here today, Wani described them as the backbone of the party structure in urban area which are information centres of spreading throughout the State. He said that they have a vital role to create awareness amongst the people about the policies of betrayal with the electorates by the BJP who has disrespected the spirit of mandate time and again.
Wani said that BJP has indulged in various misdeeds and have failed to achieve anything as a result there has been enormous increase in the hardships and day to day problems of people in the State.
PCC chief referred to the anti- youth policies of the present dispensation and manifold,  inflammation in prices of all essential commodities besides problems of water, electricity and essential civic facilities.
He asked the party rank and file to maintain close rapport with the ward and block committees of the party and people of respective areas and highlight the common problems faced by them and render all necessary help for their redressal.
Wani  had detailed discussions with the participants and got their feedback of the problems of people and working of the organization structure. All the Corporators assured the president that this time party’s prospects stands best than the previous Municipal Corporation of 2018. The organization has become more strong at the grass root level and the public perception regarding the party stand very clear and acceptable with regards to the unity and integrity of the country. Jammu has suffered a lot under the proxy regime of  BJP Govt at the Centre.  All the Corporators assured that they are doing their level best to woo the voters of their respective areas on the basis of the contribution of the Congress party.
