Senior Army officers also addressed the seminar and spoke in detail about historic perspective of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
India and China armies have been facing each other along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh for more than three years now. While disengagement has taken place from some of the areas, the troops of both the countries remained engaged at many other friction points.
However, no untoward incident has taken place on the LAC for past quite some time now.
