UDHAMPUR, July 26: Up in arms against unscheduled power cuts in Udhampur town, a large number of locals held a massive protest demonstration against Power Development Department (PDD) and also blocked road near District Hospital Udhampur.
The protesting people raised slogans against PDD and demanded uninterrupted power supply. They also warned the authorities of an agitation if the power situation is not improved by taking effective measures.
