KATHUA, Apr 22: The irate villagers of Hatli today protested at National Highway against the water scarcity.
The demonstrators warned to block the National Highway and intensify the agitation in case the water supply was not restored by tomorrow. The protestors also shouted slogans against the PHE authorities and the Government.
