UDHAMPUR, Jan 8: Up in arms against unscheduled power cuts in Udhampur town and adjoining areas like Kambal Danga, Neely Nallah, Padanoo, Rehambal, Garhi, Tikri and Battal Ballian etc, locals held a protest demonstration against Power Development Department.
Shouting slogans against the PDD, the protesting people also blocked the National Highway near Garhi for some time and thereafter dispersed off peacefully.
