SAMBA, Oct 31 : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers organized a programme in Ramgarh under the chairmanship of Meher Chand, its Ramgarh block president in which senior leader of the party and former Minister, Yashpal Kundal was the chief guest.
Pleased with the public interest schemes of the AAP, dozens of people joined the party on the occasion. They were welcomed by Kundal in the party fold. Kundal also listened to the problems being faced by the people in the area during the party programme. People told him that even after repeatedly pleading with the administration the electricity bills were not reduced. Rs 500 bill is being charged just for one room. Compensation for crops damaged three years ago has not been received yet. Only a few people of BJP connected got compensation, they added.
Addressing the people, Kundal said that BJP leaders come only during elections to seek votes and leave by making false announcements. Then they never come back to take care of people and address their problems. By making false promises of two crore jobs every year, BJP has pushed the future of youth into darkness. BJP is talking about giving a four years job in the name of a Government job. Temporary employees of Jal Shakti Department and other departments are protesting on the streets and BJP is hurling sticks on those temporary employees, he added.
JKP Sub Inspector papers were cancelled, Finance Account Assistants aspirants are protesting on the streets. BJP has lied so much in the elections that now party leaders did not dare to visit among the people. Kundal said that this time all the people of Ramgarh region have made up their mind to teach a lesson to BJP.
Everyone has decided to vote in favor of Aam Aadmi Party. So far, many thousands of people have taken membership of the Aam Aadmi Party in all the villages and booths of Ramgarh Vidhan Sabha.
He said in the upcoming Assembly elections, the Government of Aam Aadmi Party will be formed and the public will be provided with electricity, free education and free health facilities.
